Book Summary:

This is one of a five-volume set of paper booklets distributed within the Ki Society in the mid '70's. All of the principles described briefly in this booklet are more completely discussed in later mainstream books by Tohei Sensei. These booklets are rare and expensive, and primarily of collector value. This title was printed at least three times in the 1970's, all stated as first editions, but with the first printing containing 12 exercises and numbering only 30 pages, and later editions containing 20 exercises and numbering 44 pages.
