Review by: Kirk Rains

Love this book! It covers the spiritual aspects of Aikido. It brings together what I perceive O-Sensei wanted each aikidoka to understand about enlightenment and our connection with nature. The book is artistic and well structured. I found it enjoyable to read and reflect.
