Principles and Practice of Aikido, The

Book Summary:

This is a technical manual, with pictures and explanations. The author, Senta Yamada, was a highly-ranked judoka, reportedly invited after the war to study with Ueshiba Morihei O-Sensei. Most of his study, however, was in Tomiki style, in which he achieved (by 1966) 6th Dan. The second image is from page 119 of the book and includes pictures and brief biographies of Yamada and his co-author, Alex Macintosh.
