As the title implies, this is a beginner’s read. It primarily explains, in narrative form, the different aspects of Aikido, such as the principles, techniques, and Ukemi. There is no explanations surrounding how to do the various techniques; strictly intellectual and academic. The web link works. No bad for beginners who are assessing whether this art is for them or not.
