Plymouth School of Aikido is affiliated to the Shin Gi Tai Aikido Society of the UK under Gwynne Jones Shihan ( 8th Dan) and a member organisation of the British Aikido Board.
Senior Instructor is David Worsley (6th Dan), also a Kendoka and Iaido practitioner.
The style is based on Aikikai and Ki aikido, strongly influenced by Tohei Sensei, Chiba Sensei and Nishio Sensei's styles.
Training is twice a week on Wed and Friday evenings, plus a Tuesday limited access in Plymouth Naval Base.
