UESHIBA JUKU 植芝塾

Ueshiba Private School. Name of first dojo which Morihei UESHIBA opened c. 1921 in his home near the OMOTO RELIGION Headquarters in AYABE. It occupied 18 mats and was frequented mostly by young men of the Omoto Sect and then later by young naval officers from the nearby port of Maizuru.
